Zusammenfassung

Melt&Marble is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Personal Care sector in Gothenburg, Sweden. You will drive growth by building a robust pipeline with personal care brands, contract manufacturers, and formulation houses, while managing distributor relationships and enabling partners with product, regulatory, and marketing materials.

The role is hands-on, customer-facing, and requires travel within Europe and beyond.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years in BD, sales or AM in personal care ingredients.
• Experience managing distributor relationships.
• Proven track record of pipeline development and B2B deals.
• Excellent English communication.
• Willingness to travel within Europe and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage a pipeline of opportunities with personal care brands, contract manufacturers, and formulation houses.
• Own a defined portfolio of accounts and territories, guiding opportunities from first contact to commercial agreement.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial documentation; support negotiations and maintain CRM records and forecasts.
• Manage and grow relationships with distribution partners, including onboarding, training, and performance reviews.
• Coordinate samples, trials, and documentation with customers, distributors, and internal teams (R&D, regulatory, operations).
• Represent Melt&Marble at industry events and collaborate with marketing, R&D, regulatory, and operations to support sales initiatives.
