Melt&Marble-A, Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking a hands-on Formulation & Laboratory Technician to support cosmetics and food product development. You will follow established procedures to prepare prototypes, run routine QC checks, manage lab inventory, and document results, enabling rapid iteration in a small, science-driven team.

The role emphasizes independent work, attention to detail, and collaborative problem solving, with opportunities to contribute to formulation development and project

Qualifications

• Hands-on laboratory experience.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.
• Capable of following established procedures and reporting deviations.
• Strong organisation and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with lab documentation and data entry.

Responsabilités

• Prepare cosmetic formulations and prototypes per established formulations; may involve large-scale manufacturing.
• Support formulation experiments by preparing materials, samples and test batches.
• Support development of application prototypes for internal and customer use.
• Assist with food formulation experiments and testing of prototypes per procedures.
• Perform routine QC checks on materials and finished products to ensure quality.
• Maintain lab records, traceability, and storage of samples and documentation.
