You will own the vision, build engagement, collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers and engineers, and translate insights into measurable experiments and business impact. This permanent full-time role is based at our Stockholm headquarters and offers a fast-paced, data-driven culture with Nordic opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in e-commerce or digital product CRO.
• Proven full experimentation lifecycle experience.
• Strong statistics understanding for A/B tests.
• Proficiency with Optimizely, GrowthBook, or similar.
• Proficiency in English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Own the vision, roadmap and execution of Apollo's experimentation agenda.
• Embed experimentation into product development and customer journeys.
• Turn insights into hypotheses and experiments.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineers, Analysts, and content teams.
• Coach teams on best practices and data-driven decision making.
• Improve processes, frameworks and toolkit for scalability.
