Bruce Studios in Stockholm seeks a Growth Content Specialist to shape how we communicate with audiences and drive growth across B2B and B2C. You will turn ideas into engaging content, strengthen our digital presence, and support lead generation and member acquisition through compelling copy, SEO, and smart content strategies.

You’ll coordinate marketing initiatives across Nordic markets, work with AI tools, and ensure campaigns stay on track while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent copywriting in Swedish with a creative tone adaptable to audiences.
• Interest in B2B marketing and lead generation; prior experience is a plus.
• Basic SEO understanding and willingness to deepen expertise.
• Experience with CMS platforms, ideally Webflow; comfortable updating digital content.
• Strong organisational and project management skills with cross-team coordination.
• AI-native mindset; curious about new tech and workflow improvements.
• Fluency in Swedish and English; Norwegian or Danish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create content driving growth across websites, campaigns, emails, and marketing materials for B2B and B2C.
• Support B2B lead generation by developing content and nurturing prospects.
• Grow organic presence through SEO-driven content and strategy.
• Own and edit brucestudios.com and Aspire Health Hub using Webflow.
• Develop onboarding content to improve member understanding and engagement.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives across B2B and B2C with timelines and deliverables.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline content creation, localization, and workflows.
