Job summary

Hilding Anders International AB in Malmö is seeking a Group Accounting and Reporting Analyst to support consolidation and group reporting across monthly, quarterly and yearly cycles. You will manage IBM Controller and Tiego, drive close processes, and participate in sustainability reporting including CSRD and GHG data.

We value a finance graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience, IFRS knowledge, strong IT skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

University-level degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
Around 1–2 years experience in finance, ideally in accounting or financial reporting.
Basic understanding of IFRS, including IFRS 16.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment.
Team player who can also work independently, fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Support consolidation and group reporting across monthly, quarterly and yearly cycles.
Assist in month-end close, including data reconciliation and reporting accuracy.
Handle system ownership tasks for IBM Controller, Tiego, and Position Green.
Contribute to IFRS 16 reporting and data extraction/upload to IBM Controller on a quarterly basis.
Assist with annual reporting, audit prep, transfer pricing and sustainability data reporting.
