Job summary

J2 Sourcing, based in Malmö, is seeking a capable accountant to join Group Finance. You will contribute to consolidation, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, and drive improvements in accounting processes within an international context.

You will report to the CFO, work closely with subsidiaries, and support the group with expertise in accounting issues. Fluency in English and Swedish is essential, with an interest in systems and continuous development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance or equivalent.
• Minimum 3+ years’ experience from advanced accounting in an international environment.
• Experience with the ERP system Business Central is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
• French language skills are meritorious.

Responsibilities

• Accounting, group accounting and consolidation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Participate in interim reports and annual reports.
• Work creatively and solution-oriented in the system Business Central and Bright analytics.
• Provide support, advice and guidelines to the subsidiaries in accounting issues.
• Regulatory and tax issues.
• Involved in acquisition accounting processes.
• Participate in and drive projects within the group accounting area.
• Continuous improvement of routines and working methods.
