Job summary

Wolt Market in Solna is seeking a part-time Shift Lead to head our grocery team. The role requires at least 30 hours weekly and open shifts from 07:00 to 01:01.

You’ll ensure smooth operations, resolve issues, manage workload and provide feedback to improve store performance. English fluency is essential, and prior grocery/retail shift-lead experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in grocery stores or retail, ideally as a shift lead.
• Proactive, service-minded and a fast learner with multitasking ability.
• Able to work at least 30 hours flexibly across day, evening and weekend shifts (07:00–01:01).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring efficient operations and acting as the go-to person when the Store Manager isn’t present.
• Solving issues where the team needs help.
• Monitoring and managing workload, efficiency, and admin duties.
• Collecting and forwarding feedback.
• Proactively contributing to developing store operations.

About The Role

We’re looking for a part time (30 hours per week) Shift Lead to lead our Grocery team in our Wolt Market in Solna.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Ensuring efficient operations and being the go-to person when the Store Manager isn’t present at the store
• Solving issues in which the team needs help
• Monitoring and managing workload, efficiency, admin duties
• Collecting and forwarding feedback
• Proactively participating in developing store operations
