Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Principal Global Product Manager for Wiring Devices in the Nordics & Baltics. You will oversee the lifecycle, shape the portfolio, and drive profitable growth across Sweden, Norway, Finland, and neighboring markets, coordinating with sales, country teams, and global functions.

The role requires strong product marketing, lifecycle management, and cross-functional leadership, with fluency in English and Swedish or another Nordic language.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years’ experience in product marketing, offer or portfolio management, or a related commercial role.
• Understands product lifecycle management and can turn customer and market insights into strong value propositions and commercial actions.
• Works effectively across functions, countries and stakeholder groups.
• Can simplify complex topics into clear recommendations and practical next steps.
• Is proactive, adaptable and comfortable navigating change and ambiguity.
• Builds trust through collaboration, openness and clear communication.
• Has strong project management and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; Swedish or another Nordic language is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable growth by leading the lifecycle of Wiring Devices ranges across the Nordics and Baltics.
• Develop and execute portfolio and marketing roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities through market, competitor and customer insights.
• Translate customer needs and use cases into compelling value propositions and clear priorities.
• Lead product launches, portfolio changes and commercial marketing activities.
• Collaborate across sales, country organizations and global teams to align priorities and execution.
• Bring structure and direction to complex topics, balancing immediate needs with longer-term ambitions.
