Job summary

Epiroc Rock Drills AB in Sweden seeks a strategic Vice President People, Leadership & SHEQ for the Underground Division. You will lead HR and Safety, Health, Environment & Quality, shaping talent, culture and global operations with a proactive, can-do mindset.

You will partner with divisional leaders across Customer Centers in multiple regions, drive people development, sustainability and leadership excellence, and report to the UMR President as part of the divisional management team.

Qualifications

Broad leadership experience in HR and SHEQ, with 10+ years in various levels.
Proven ability to lead change, shape culture and engage across org levels.
Strong international mindset with cross-border collaboration experience.
University degree in HR, management or related field, fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Lead overall HR and SHEQ functions for the Underground Division (UMR).
Develop and implement people, leadership and sustainability strategies.
Identify talent, build competencies, and foster an proactive ‘can do’ culture.
Collaborate with Customer Centers globally and divisional functions; travel internationally.
