Epiroc Sweden seeks a visionary Vice President of People, Leadership & SHEQ within the Underground Division. You will lead the HR and Safety, Health, Environment & Quality functions, shaping people strategy, talent development, and cross‑business collaboration.

You will coach a diverse international team, drive leadership development, support mergers and acquisitions, and ensure high‑quality reporting while embedding Epiroc values and sustainability across the division.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR and SHEQ leadership with business results.
• Experience leading change and culture development.
• Strong international exposure and relationships.
• English fluency required; other languages a plus.
