Epiroc is seeking a Vice President, People, Leadership & SHEQ for the Underground Division. The role leads HR and SHEQ globally, shaping talent, culture, and safety practices across international teams to support ambitious growth.

The position requires strong change leadership, an international mindset, and the ability to partner with senior leadership to drive sustainable people strategies. Travel across regions is expected.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading HR and SHEQ functions at divisional level.
• Proven ability to drive change and culture in multinational contexts.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the People and SHEQ function for the Underground Division (UMR).
• Develop and implement People & SHEQ strategies aligned with growth plans.
• Build talent pipelines, succession plans, and leadership development.
• Oversee safety, sustainability, and compliance across regions.
• Collaborate with Customer Centers and product companies globally.
