Job summary

Karo Healthcare AB is seeking a Head of Transformation & PMO to own the delivery of the Value Creation Plan (VCP) and to build a lasting internal PMO capability across geographies. You will work with senior leadership to drive transformation initiatives that create measurable value.

The role involves leading enterprise-wide programmes, establishing governance, and partnering with external advisers; offices in Stockholm, Düsseldorf, Maidenhead, Warsaw or Kaunas offer international scope.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in transformation or consulting plus industry delivery.
• Track record delivering large cross-country programmes with measurable P&L impact.
• Experience building or leading a PMO and managing executives.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end execution of VCP initiatives with measurable impact.
• Governance: milestones, KPIs, and budgeting alignment.
• Prepare transparent progress reporting for the CMT, Board and owners.
• Serve as main daily counterpart for external advisers like KKR Capstone.
• Lead cross-functional programmes such as Order-to-Cash, Source-to-Pay, and S&OP.
• Build the PMO with standardized methods, templates and governance.
• Drive change management to ensure adoption of new processes.
• Transfer knowledge from external partners to internal teams.
