You will collaborate with sales, risk management and cross-functional teams to set standards, streamline processes, develop talent, and foster a culture of quality, risk awareness, and continuous improvement in a dynamic international environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in bids, proposals, or tendering.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing proposal teams.
• Experience leading teams in a global matrix organization.
• Strong understanding of commercial and tendering processes.
• Experience managing risk reviews and complex opportunities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive change and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead global commercial operations and tendering activities.
• Manage a team delivering competitive and compliant proposals.
• Drive excellence throughout the tender and deal review process.
• Ensure proposal quality, timelines, and successful submissions.
• Lead risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.
• Coordinate tender reviews across regions and business units.
• Partner with sales teams to support strategic opportunities.
• Develop training and best practices for commercial teams.
• Monitor key performance indicators and team productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned activities.
