Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Ludvika, Sweden, seeks a Tender and Quotation Specialist to develop competitive tenders for our Insulation and Components (I&C), Bushings and Tap-Changers area. You will collaborate with Sales and Engineering to translate customer requirements into structured tenders and quotations.

You will join an international, collaborative team with ownership of your tenders and opportunities to expand technical and commercial knowledge through varied project exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical and/or commercial environment, e.g. tendering/estimating, technical sales or project coordination.
• Ability to structure and prioritize your work while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functions and in an international environment.
• Ability to take ownership of your work, gather relevant information and independently drive tasks forward.
• Fluent communication skills in English. Swedish or additional languages are considered an advantage.
• Experience with SAP, Salesforce, CRM systems or similar tools is beneficial.
• Previous knowledge of our products or experience from the electrical industry is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Analyze technical and commercial requirements and identify suitable solutions together with internal engineering, sales and other internal teams.
• Prepare accurate quotations aligned with product configuration, pricing and lead times.
• Manage multiple tenders and priorities simultaneously while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Contribute to winning projects that support reliable and sustainable energy infrastructure worldwide.
• Improve tendering processes, share best practices, and support continuous learning within the team.
