Job summary

Tetra Pak in Lund, Sweden is seeking a Supply Optimisation Manager to lead a team of six specialists in supply optimisation, supplier development, and planning improvements to strengthen parts availability and customer value.

You will collaborate across functions, drive automation and digitalisation, and contribute to a resilient global distribution network while delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Several years of successful people leadership experience.
• Experience within Supply Chain Planning, Supply Optimisation, or a related field.
• Strong analytical capability and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with digital tools and technologies such as Power BI, automation solutions.
• The ability to lead change, challenge established ways of working, and deliver sustainable improvements.
• Experience with WCM methodologies and tools is an advantage.
• A university degree, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel approximately 2–4 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of six supply network specialists, fostering engagement, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Drive improvements of supply planning processes to strengthen availability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Partner closely with Supplier Management, Operational Purchasing, and other key stakeholders to strengthen supplier performance and planning maturity.
• Translate strategic opportunities into sustainable operational improvements and measurable business results.
• Drive automation, digitalisation, and process excellence across planning and supplier performance management.
• Own team performance, budget, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute actively to the Planning & Quality Leadership Team and our ambition to deliver superior customer experience.
