Job summary

Ascom in Gothenburg is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Supply Chain to lead global projects from scope through ramp-up, coordinating across Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and R&D with EMS/ODM partners. The role is based at our Gothenburg office and involves international collaboration and travel to supplier sites.

You will ensure products and processes meet Ascom's requirements for quality, capacity, cost and lead time, while driving continuous improvement and building

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical field relevant to manufacturing or supply chain.
• Several years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing or quality assurance.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional project teams.
• Strong planning, risk management and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and monitor global supply chain projects from scope to ramp-up.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics and R&D.
• Ensure quality, capacity, lead times and on-time delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships with EMS/ODM partners.
