Job summary

Scania Group invites high-potential graduates to join the Young Potential Trainee Program 2027. You will embark on a 15-month journey beginning 23 August 2027 at our Södertälje Head Office, with four 2–3 month rotations, cross-brand collaboration, and a focus on leadership development.

From day one you will have a full-time position, a personal mentor, and a structured learning path designed to build leadership capabilities and global business understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Supply Chain Management.
• Graduated between 2025 and 2027.
• Max 2 years of professional experience in field at program start.
• Fluent English; other languages are an advantage.
• EU/EES citizen or permanent residence in Sweden required for migration rules.

Responsibilities

• Four rotations across Scania in Sweden and internationally, with cross-brand collaboration and a distributor rotation.
• Nine weeks of immersive leadership training to elevate impact and confidence.
• Mentor-guided development with a focus on Scania Leadership Principles.
• Collaborative projects and networking with trainee year group to strengthen teamwork.
