Job summary

Scania invites you to join the Young Potential Trainee Program, a 15‑month journey starting 23 August 2027 at our Södertälje Head Office. You will rotate through four 2–3 month assignments across Sweden and internationally, gaining hands‑on experience and cross‑brand collaboration.

You will receive immersive leadership training, a dedicated mentor, and opportunities to lead collaborative projects with peers across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related areas within the area of Business Strategy and Commercial.
• Graduated between 2025 and the summer of 2027.
• Maximum of 2 years of professional experience within your field of studies at the start of the program.
• English fluency; other languages are an advantage.
• EU/EES citizen or permanent Sweden residence to meet migration rules for international rotations.

Responsibilities

• Four dynamic rotations across Scania—in Sweden and internationally.
• Nine weeks of immersive leadership training.
• A dedicated mentor to guide your development throughout the program.
• Collaborative projects and networking with fellow trainees across the organization.
• A full‑time position from day one with a home base in Södertälje.
