Job summary

Scania IT invites ambitious graduates to join the Young Potential Trainee Program 2027. You will embark on a 15-month journey with four rotations across Scania in Sweden and abroad, plus nine weeks of leadership training, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration.

The program begins 23 August 2027 at the Södertälje head office. You will be part of a structured development path, lead projects, and build global networks while working from Scania offices and gaining international exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT/Tech/Digitalisation.
• Graduated between 2025 and summer 2027.
• Maximum of 2 years of professional experience.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• EU/EES citizen or permanent residence permit in Sweden required for migration law compliance.
