Job summary

Scania invites you to join the Young Potential Trainee Program 2027 at our Södertälje Head Office. It is a 15-month journey featuring four international rotations, immersive leadership training, and mentoring, starting 23 August 2027.

You will work in Sweden and abroad, building leadership skills and global networks. You should be passionate about sustainability and teamwork, with English fluency and EU/EEA citizenship or Swedish permanent residence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Production-related fields.
• Graduated between 2025 and the summer of 2027.
• Max 2 years of professional experience at program start.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
• EU/EEA citizen or permanent residence in Sweden due to travel for assignments outside Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Participate in four 2–3 month rotations across Scania in Sweden and internationally.
• Complete nine weeks of leadership training aligned with Scania Leadership Principles.
• Collaborate on projects and network with trainees and mentors.
• Take lead on shared projects within the trainee year group.
