The Volvo Group in Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking a Supplier Relationship Manager within the VIE program to strengthen our supplier network and drive performance. You will start by managing a portfolio of suppliers while learning from teammates across purchasing, engineering, quality and logistics.

You will develop robust recovery plans, engage with cross‑functional partners, and grow responsibilities as you contribute to the team’s development and to Volvo’s global supply chain excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics or Purchasing.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication in business English.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and data literacy.

Responsabilités

• Drive supplier performance improvements to deliver right products at the right time and quantity.
• Manage critical situations and develop robust recovery plans with suppliers.
• Work long-term with key supplier partners to support their development.
• Contribute to process development and continuous improvement within SRM.
