What You Will Do

A Supplier Relationship Manager plays a key role in strengthening our supply network and driving supplier performance and development.

The job is a mix of managing short‑term crises, hands‑on improvement work and long‑term planning to ensure our suppliers perform at their best and continuously evolve with us. All in collaboration with other functions in our supply chain such as purchasing, engineering, quality, production and logistics.

As a VIE in our team you will start with some suppliers of your own as well as learning from and supporting the other SRMs with their portfolios and different tasks. As you learn the job, your portfolio and responsibilities will grow, and you will actively contribute to the development of our team.

We see you as an opportunity to both get flexibility in our team and fresh eyes on our way of working.

Key Responsibilities Include
  • Driving supplier performance improvements to ensure suppliers deliver the right products at the right time and the right quantity.
  • Managing critical situations, including leading emergency routines and supporting suppliers in developing robust recovery plans.
  • Working proactively and long‑term with our key supplier partners to support their development.
  • Contributing to process development and continuously improving how we work within supplier relationship management.
