Saab is expanding its Information & Security organization and seeks a strategic leader to head the Protective Security team. You will bridge governance with operations, ensuring protective security remains a requirement and a competitive advantage.

You will lead specialists responsible for governance and oversight, ensuring compliance with Swedish laws in an international, regulated environment. This role emphasizes translating complex legislation into practical frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading teams of high-performing specialists.

• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, with ability to influence stakeholders.
• Good understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure legislative compliance by leading the implementation of the Swedish Protective Security Act and Ordinance within Information and IT Security.
• Drive the protective security framework by defining and overseeing security standards, baselines, and requirements.
• Guide risk assessments and threat analyses, ensuring effective mitigation strategies aligned with business needs.
• Establish processes to monitor and validate security measures, ensuring resilience against evolving threats.
