Job summary

Tata consultancy Services in Göteborg is seeking a Senior Program Director to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs and optimization projects, aligning them with strategic objectives and delivering value.

You will establish relationships with key stakeholders, drive cross-functional delivery, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and ensure on-time, on-budget outcomes in a global multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in developing and executing communication strategies for large projects.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure, application, SAP systems and their implementation in large organizations and ways of working/delivery in global SI.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA programs and optimization projects aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
• Oversee day-to-day IT operations and SAP program delivery to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Track program performance and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
