Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Sweden is seeking an experienced SAP Program Leader to drive complex transformation programs across ECC and S/4HANA. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage multi-vendor setups, and partner with clients to deliver value on time and within budget.

The role requires strong communication skills, global delivery experience, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Travel is expected as part of multi-country deployments and engagements with global clients.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering multi-country SAP programs (ECC and S/4HANA).
• Experience with global delivery and offshore resources.
• Ability to lead geographically distributed, multi-vendor teams.
• Strong IT, business and change management program components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, able to influence C-level stakeholders.
• Experience in preparing large proposals and program plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SAP programs from inception to completion.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with quality standards.
• Manage and motivate distributed teams across regions.
• Develop and implement structured program delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and change management teams.
