Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum eight years' experience in technical sales, sales support, application engineering or related leadership role.
• Experience in a global industrial or construction equipment environment.
• Strong commercial understanding balancing customer value and profitability.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience driving digital transformation and adoption of business systems.

Responsibilities

• Commercial growth and sales enablement: increase sales win rates through proactive support of strategic opportunities and complex projects.
• Leadership and people management: build, lead and develop a high-performing Sales Support organisation.
• Sales operations and process excellence: own and improve the global sales support operating model, standardise workflows and reporting.
• Customer and factory interface: establish a clear bridge between factories and Sales Companies, coordinate support resources across regions.
• Strategy and continuous improvement: contribute to long-term Sales and Product Support strategy and drive measurable value.
