Job summary

Jobtailor in Sweden is seeking a driven engineering leader to guide a dedicated team of engineers and specialists within a global organization. You will ensure projects follow internal processes and meet specifications while driving recruitment and resource planning.

You will plan and implement business development activities aligned with the overall strategy and take responsibility for the team’s competence development, fostering collaboration across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience in civil/structural engineering or construction design/project management is required.
• Previous leadership experience is considered a merit.
