Job summary

Alimak Group, a global provider of vertical access solutions, is seeking a Sales Support Manager – Construction to lead the worldwide Sales Support function. You will align sales, engineering and product management to deliver faster responses, higher win rates and better customer outcomes.

The role emphasizes digitalisation, smart tools and a strong service mindset, reporting to the Director Product Support – Construction. Based in Sweden, hybrid work options may apply.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business or related discipline.
• Minimum eight years’ experience in technical sales, sales support, or related leadership role.
• Experience in global industrial/construction equipment environments.
• Strong commercial understanding balancing customer value and profitability.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional and international teams.
• Experience driving digital transformation and adoption of business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global Sales Support function for the Construction Division.
• Increase sales win rates through proactive support of strategic opportunities and projects.
• Develop scalable support models and standardised workflows.
• Ensure effective use of CPQ, Salesforce, Alicalc, ACE.
• Collaborate with factories, sales companies, engineering and product management.
• Drive AI, digital tools and automation to improve processes.
