Global Quality Management Systems Lead
Are you ready to take a key role in strengthening quality and environmental management at DeLaval in Sweden, while also contributing to our global way of working? At DeLaval, we support dairy farmers with innovative solutions that help make sustainable food production possible. We are now looking for a Quality Management Systems Lead based in Tumba, south of Stockholm, who wants to develop practical, robust, and compliant management systems that create value locally and support consistency across DeLaval.
In this role, you will be the local lead and subject matter expert for Quality and Environmental Management Systems at DeLaval in Tumba. You will work closely with the Swedish organization, site management, functions, and process owners to ensure that our systems are effective, audit-ready, and easy to apply in daily work. At the same time, you will contribute to selected global QEMS initiatives, share good practices, and help align local requirements with DeLaval’s broader standards and expectations.
We believe you will thrive in this role if you enjoy working close to the business: understanding local needs, engaging people across functions, and making quality and environmental requirements simple to apply. You are comfortable taking ownership in a Swedish site context, while also collaborating with international colleagues when common standards, audits, or improvement initiatives require alignment across DeLaval. To be successful in this role we also believe that you have:
Beyond your formal experience, you bring curiosity, ownership, and the ability to turn standards into practical improvements. You are structured and self-motivated, with the confidence to work independently and the collaboration skills to succeed with colleagues in production, quality, engineering, supply chain, and other functions. You communicate clearly in both Swedish and English, build trust with stakeholders, and know how to influence without direct authority.
You also have a strong continuous improvement mindset and the drive to align, follow up, and deliver quality initiatives that make a measurable difference. Attention to detail matters in this role, but so does the ability to see the bigger picture and help others understand why quality systems are essential to DeLaval’s success.
At DeLaval, our core values — Passion, People, Professionals and Partnerships — connect colleagues across entities and geographies. We are guided by three shared behaviours: Set Direction, Make Things Happen and One DeLaval. Together, they shape how we collaborate, lead change, and create value for our customers.
