Job summary

DeLaval is seeking a Production Engineer in Tumba, Sweden, offering a hybrid work model. You will lead production processes, drive improvements, and collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and suppliers to deliver high-quality, cost-efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing, production engineering, industrialization or process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop production processes with focus on safety, quality, efficiency, and manufacturability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Manage CAPEX projects from concept to handover to production.
• Analyze production performance, identify bottlenecks and implement sustainable solutions.
• Promote safety culture and environmental sustainability objectives.
