Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, project planning and or project management.
• Proficiency with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6 or Planisware).
• Fluency in English; Swedish knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain schedules and baseline.
• Collect time related progress information from stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and report status and delays to the core project team.
• Lead/root cause analysis for delays.
• Lead or participate in periodic schedule review sessions.
• Prepare standard schedule and progress reports.
• Update progress reports and KPIs in a timely manner.
• Be part of the project core team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement within Planning community.
