Qualifications

Experience in cross-functional and international environments.
Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Overview

At Epiroc, we are expanding the boundaries of automation and digitalization, and we are looking for a commercially minded Global Product Manager who is passionate about turning customer needs into innovative business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Define product strategies and roadmaps based on customer and market insights.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and business cases.
Drive product development, launch, and commercialization activities.
Support global sales teams through training, value propositions, and marketing initiatives.
Engage directly with customers to understand needs and support their automation journey.
Monitor product performance and drive continuous improvements in safety, quality, and customer value.

Qualifications

University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in product management, business development, sales, project management, operations, or a similar commercial role.
Experience working in industries such as mining, industrial automation, construction, robotics, manufacturing, or related sectors.
Strong business acumen and the ability to identify, evaluate, and develop commercial opportunities.
Experience working in cross‑functional and international environments.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

Experience with automation, digital solutions, software‑based products, or mining applications is an advantage. Fluency in Spanish is also a plus.

Location and Travel

This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional global travel is required.
