Epiroc Group is seeking a Global Product Manager for Deep Automation Loaders. The role focuses on defining product strategies, identifying commercial opportunities, and driving development, launch, and commercialization with global sales support.

The position requires a university degree, 5+ years in product management or related roles, and strong English. Hybrid work arrangement and international collaboration are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management, business development, sales, project management, operations, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience in mining, industrial automation, construction, robotics, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Strong business acumen and ability to identify and develop commercial opportunities.
• Experience in cross-functional and international environments.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategies and roadmaps based on customer and market insights.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and business cases.
• Drive product development, launch, and commercialization activities.
• Support global sales teams through training, value propositions, and marketing initiatives.
• Engage directly with customers to understand needs and support their automation journey.
• Monitor product performance and drive improvements in safety, quality, and customer value.
