Job summary

Biotage is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and commercial success of the Peptide Synthesis & Purification portfolio. This global leadership role combines hands-on product management with portfolio oversight across SMST and Scale-Up ranges within the DDD business.

You will define product strategy, drive innovation and lead a team of Product Managers to deliver sustainable global growth, collaborating with R&D, Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Product Management or Strategic Marketing within life sciences or analytical technologies.
• Strong leadership andPeople management experience.
• Experience managing global scientific product portfolios from concept to launch.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the global product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle plans.
• Drive commercial performance including revenue growth, profitability and market share.
• Define product positioning, pricing and value propositions.
• Translate customer insights into winning product strategies.
• Lead cross-functional global product launches from concept through commercialization.
• Partner with R&D to shape future technology development and product innovation.
• Monitor portfolio performance and market trends to drive improvements.
• Build relationships with customers, KOLs and strategic partners worldwide.
• Lead and develop Product Managers across multiple product families.
