Securitas Group is seeking a Global Employee Insights and Engagement Lead to champion employee listening across the organisation and evolve the global People Survey and EVP implementation. You will connect feedback with retention data, alignment with People priorities, and governance across multiple countries to drive action and engagement.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in employee listening, engagement, or experience programs at scale across countries or large workforces.
• Ability to translate data into actionable priorities and leadership-ready insights.
• Strong skills in governance, standards, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Aufgaben

• Lead the global employee listening strategy, governance, and standards aligned with People Strategy and priorities.
• Own the global People Survey framework from design to reporting and follow-up.
• Ensure the listening approach is effective, user-friendly, and scalable across a decentralised workforce.
• Collaborate with People Technology, IT, Data Privacy and other stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Provide governance and guidance for the EVP and People Promise across divisions and countries.
