Job summary

British American Tobacco invites graduates to join the 18-month Global Graduate Programme in Operations in Malmö, Sweden. You will rotate across Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain, gaining hands-on experience from manufacturing to planning while tackling real operational challenges.

You will be mentored, take ownership from day one, and develop leadership capabilities through cross-functional projects and structured problem solving.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end understanding of manufacturing processes and identify safety/quality improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain to drive improvements.
• Lead projects from analysis through implementation with structured problem solving.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Support and own process improvement initiatives across rotations.
• Adopt new digital systems and ways of working (e.g., GMES) across operations.
