BAT is offering an 18-month Global Graduate Programme in Operations in Malmö, Sweden. The programme provides three rotations across production, engineering, supply chain and logistics, starting with hands-on responsibility and progressing through structured learning and project work.

You will collaborate across teams, apply problem‑solving methodologies, and contribute to safe, compliant and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Recent or upcoming Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills and the motivation to develop within an international and changing environment.
