Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a senior leader to own our global network infrastructure. You will define the roadmap, prioritise investments and ensure reliable, secure delivery while guiding a globally distributed team.

You will collaborate with customers, architects and delivery teams to align priorities and turn strategy into measurable outcomes across LAN, WiFi and DDI. You will lead budgeting and financial planning, and communicate service direction with clarity on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in a Service Owner/Product Owner or similar infrastructure leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WiFi and DDI.
• Experience managing stakeholders, budgets and priorities within a large, international organization.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
• Fluent English and a willingness to travel internationally; Swedish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the strategy, roadmap and backlog for our global network infrastructure services.
• Lead, coach and develop a globally distributed team through regular feedback and development planning.
• Drive improvements across enterprise network services, including LAN, WiFi and DDI, increasing security, reliability, and automation.
• Partner with customers, business stakeholders, architects and delivery teams to align priorities and deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning to maximise the value of our technology investments.
• Build trusted relationships across the organization and communicate service direction, progress and performance with clarity.
