Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a Network Infrastructure Manager & Product Owner to lead global network strategy, roadmaps and a distributed team. You will partner with stakeholders, architects and delivery teams to align priorities and drive outcomes that enhance security, reliability and scalability across our technology landscape.

The role emphasizes strategic service ownership, people leadership and continuous improvement in a dynamic international environment, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in a Service Owner, Product Owner or similar infrastructure leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure, including LAN, WiFi and DDI.
• Experience managing stakeholders, budgets and priorities within a large, international organisation.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, able to influence both technical and business audiences.

• Lead, coach and develop a globally distributed team through regular feedback and development planning.
• Drive improvements across enterprise network services, including LAN, WiFi and DDI, for security, reliability and automation.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning to maximise technology investment value.
