ASSA ABLOY Sicherheitstechnik GmbH is seeking a Network Delivery Manager to lead our global LAN and WiFi services. You will own delivery, drive improvements, and coach an international team to ensure secure, reliable network infrastructure aligned with business needs.

The role requires deep networking expertise, strong leadership, and the ability to collaborate with customers, architects and technical teams across a global environment. This is a hybrid position with travel opportunities.

Qualifications

Deep expertise in enterprise networking including LAN and WiFi with Cisco tech
Experience leading global teams or technical specialists
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally

Responsibilities

Own the delivery, performance and continuous improvement of global LAN and WiFi services
Coach and develop an international team with a culture of collaboration and ownership
Drive service improvements through performance analysis and automation
Partner with customers, Service Owners, architects and technical teams to prioritise initiatives
Oversee service health, incident management, escalations and service reviews
Contribute to planning, budgeting, and roadmap activities across enterprise networking (Cisco ISE, Switching & Routing, Wireless)
