Job summary

ASSA ABLOY Group is seeking a senior leader to own our global network infrastructure. You will define the roadmap, prioritise investments and ensure reliable, secure delivery while guiding a globally distributed team.

You will collaborate with customers, architects and delivery teams to align priorities and turn strategy into measurable outcomes across LAN, WiFi and DDI. You will lead budgeting and financial planning, and communicate service direction with clarity on an ongoing basis.

Qualifications

• Experience leading people in a Service Owner/Product Owner or similar infrastructure leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WiFi and DDI.
• Experience managing stakeholders, budgets and priorities within a large, international organization.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both technical and business audiences.
• Fluent English and a willingness to travel internationally; Swedish is a plus.

The role

You’ll own our global network infrastructure service end to end—from defining the roadmap and investment priorities to ensuring reliable delivery and continuous development. You’ll have the autonomy to shape how the service evolves, ensuring it continues to deliver long‑term value for the business. Alongside the service, you’ll lead a globally distributed team, providing the clarity, coaching and support that enables people to succeed. Working closely with customers, architects and delivery teams, you will align priorities, build trusted partnerships and turn strategy into measurable outcomes.
