Job summary

ASSA ABLOY AB is seeking a Network Delivery Manager to lead the delivery, performance and continuous improvement of our global LAN and WiFi services. You’ll ensure security, reliability and alignment with business needs while shaping the future of enterprise networking.

You’ll lead an internationally distributed team, collaborate with product owners, architects, vendors and business stakeholders to translate technical expertise into reliable services and measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Strong technical expertise in enterprise networking, including LAN and WiFi Cisco technologies setup.
Experience designing and delivering enterprise network solutions in global environments.
Experience leading teams with a collaborative and coaching leadership style.
Strong stakeholder management and communication across technical and business communities.
Fluent English and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Own the delivery, performance and continuous improvement of global LAN and WiFi services.
Lead an internationally distributed team and collaborate with product owners, architects and vendors.
Translate technical expertise into reliable services and measurable business outcomes.
Oversee service health, incidents, escalations and reviews with agreed service levels.
Contribute to planning, budgeting, readiness and roadmap activities for enterprise networking.
