You report to the BA CFO and are part of the Sandvik Mining Finance Leadership Team, shaping financial direction for a global business.

Qualifications

Extensive leadership experience in global finance roles.
Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis.
Experience with complex international and matrix organizations.
Solid governance understanding and ERP/BI tool knowledge.

Responsibilities

Lead the global Business Control function, driving planning, forecasting, reporting, and performance management.
Provide in-depth analysis of financial performance, including profitability, cash flow, and capital efficiency.
Advise senior leadership on strategic and operational decisions.
Own and improve budgeting, strategic planning, and forecasting processes.
Strengthen governance and consistency in financial reporting across the organization.
Drive finance transformation through digital tools and data analytics.
Lead and develop the global Business Control team and foster a high-performing culture.
