Job summary

Sandvik seeks a Senior leader to shape its global tax strategy, leading a 15-person international team and aligning tax with Sandvik’s strategic priorities. The role involves steering compliance, strategy, and cross-border matters at Group level, reporting to the CFO.

Based in Stockholm, you will work with a broad set of stakeholders, including business areas and local tax professionals, to ensure tax considerations support long-term corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Extensive international corporate tax experience in a large, global company.
• Strong command of transfer pricing and cross-border taxation issues.
• Ability to translate complex tax topics for senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Sandvik's global tax organization and drive strategic tax direction.
• Oversee transfer pricing governance and risk across the international footprint.
• Advise senior stakeholders on tax exposures, audits and cross-border decisions.
