Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a Material/Logistics Coordinator based in Boden, Sweden to manage daily logistics, ensure on-time delivery, and coordinate international shipments. You will work with procurement, site teams, and vendors to optimize supply flow and maintain regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong planning skills, experience with ERP and MS Office, and fluency in English. Swedish knowledge is highly valued, with opportunities to influence global logistics strategies and project success.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in materials coordination, logistics, or site operations.
Experience with heavy construction materials, cranes, and complex delivery schedules.
Strong understanding of Swedish customs procedures and transport regulations.
Fluent in English; Swedish or another Nordic language valued.
Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily logistics and delivery flow operations.
Improve and optimize logistics processes locally and globally.
Coordinate with suppliers, customs and shipping providers.
Book special shipments and procure stock for projects abroad.
Coordinate all shipments domestically and internationally, including import/export.
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and document requirements.
Monitor rates and negotiate fees with third-party carriers.
Record received goods information accurately and maintain files.
Prepare regular material status and inventory reports.
Ensure material availability aligns with project schedules and production needs.
