Job summary

Aquatech is seeking a full-time Material/Logistics Coordinator in Boden, Sweden to manage daily logistics operations, optimize processes, and ensure on-time delivery of materials for industrial projects.

You will coordinate with suppliers, customs and carriers, manage stock, maintain accurate records in the ERP system, and ensure compliance with export/import regulations while supporting global procurement efforts. Excellent negotiation, planning, and communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in materials coordination, logistics, or site operations.
• Experience with heavy construction materials and complex delivery schedules.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish customs procedures and transport regulations.
• Fluent in English; Swedish or another Nordic language valued.
• Skilled in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics and delivery flow for projects.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customs and shipping providers.
• Procure stock and manage logistics abroad; book special shipments.
• Maintain ERP records; monitor rates with third-party carriers.
• Ensure import/export documentation accuracy and compliance.
• Forecast material requirements with procurement and site teams.
• Negotiate favorable terms and coordinate program implementations.
• Support regulatory compliance and safety in material storage.
