Responsibilities

• Handle physical packing and dispatch activities from our warehouse in Linköping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international customers.
• Manage customer orders and provide timely communication regarding deliveries, pricing, and other customer inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Project Management to support business and customer projects.
• Actively contribute to logistics planning and operational coordination.
