Job summary

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated is seeking a proactive professional to manage customer orders and coordinate logistics from our Linköping warehouse. You will build strong relationships with domestic and international customers and collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Project Management.

The role focuses on timely deliveries, pricing communications, and continuous improvement of trade compliance and order management processes, with emphasis on Swedish and English communication

Qualifications

• Experience in customer order management, supply chain, logistics, or customer service.
• Interest in Trade Compliance and willingness to develop expertise in the area.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/business systems.
• Strong communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handling physical packing and dispatch activities from our warehouse in Linköping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with domestic and international customers.
• Manage customer orders and provide timely communication regarding deliveries, pricing, and other customer inquiries.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, and Project Management to support business and customer projects.
• Actively contribute to logistics planning and operational coordination.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer order management and Trade Compliance processes.
