Job summary

J.Lindeberg in Stockholm is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support day-to-day flows across inbound and outbound operations. You will work with warehouses, forwarders and internal teams to ensure orders, deliveries, documents, and system issues are followed up and resolved.

The role requires a structured, hands-on approach and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders from start to finish. English fluency is essential; Swedish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience with logistics administration, order handling, invoicing, and delivery follow-up.
• Comfortable with documents, deadlines and daily operational follow-up.
• Proficient in Excel with lists, pivots, and VLOOKUP.
• Experience in an ERP system; knowledge of Business Central preferred.

Responsibilities

• Post documents, handle shipment documentation, and support invoicing.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries and update status.
• Maintain contact with EU warehouse to resolve issues.
• Ensure deliveries to special customers follow instructions.
• Address logistics-related issues promptly.
• Maintain contact with forwarders for smooth operations.
