Job summary

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience providing user support via phone, webchat, and remote control tools.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow technical documentation, routines, and processes.
• Structured, service-minded, and comfortable handling several tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• You will support users remotely via phone, webchat, and remote assistance tools.
• You will prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in line with service levels.
• You will collaborate with local and global IT support teams to drive effective resolutions.
• You will guide and train users to solve common issues more independently.

Skills

Hands-on experience providing user support via phone, webchat, and remote control tools

Extensive experience with Microsoft products including Windows 10/11, Office 2016/O365

Hands-on experience with computer hardware

Typing speed above 200 characters per minute

Fluent spoken and written English

Fluent spoken and written Swedish

Fluent spoken and written Spanish

Education

ITIL v3.0 Foundation
